About Me
After helping hundreds of mothers… I know this:
You are not just seeking advice or recommendations, you’re seeking a way to remember who you truly are
You are not just looking for a life coach and counselor, you’re looking for someone who can help you experience your best self
You’re not looking for a quick fix, you’re looking for timeless unchangeable truth to manage your life
You’re not just looking to improve your life, you’re looking to become a master of it.
And make your life your legacy.

My Story
SUBTLE LEADERS joins the two most important forces for the proper success and power. Subtle - fluid, soft, intuitive, and humble; Leaders - someone who shows the way, focused, structured, and decisive. I believe mothers naturally have both readily available to them, making them subtle leaders.
My story shows the resources that we all have to thrive:
As a child, I had an endless focus on learning how social structures work. I could play alone for hours, creating my own school, dentistry, casino, bank, Ennio Morricone show, TV host, bus, rocket driver, or editorial. In the latter, I was doing all the jobs: editor-in-chief, journalist, illustrator, secretary, interior designer, and janitor. My mom still keeps my newspapers, and my dolls still have carefully treated cavities.
WE ALL have a source of endless creativity and play, innocence, and unique talents. Our effortless expression and leadership come from that.
I've done ESL, Pragmalingustics, psychology and the human condition, Reiki, Ayurveda, Vedic Astrology, Ayurvedic doula, Life Coaching, and spirituality. Also, I am a householder, mother, wife, daughter, and community member. I've learned all these things because I wanted to know how to feel better about myself and help others.
WE ALL have this urge to find our way and direction we want to move in that is uplifting, meaningful, and right for us.
I’ve traveled to more than 34 countries and lived in 3. The expanded vision of our world, cultures, and communities, their daily lives and diverse ways, inspired my adaptability and a sense of boundless possibilities about how I can make more simple choices in my life.
Motherhood has inspired me to step up to my spiritual practice, and I make my mental peace and focus - the highest priority for my own sake and the benefit of others around me.
WE ALL have transformative experiences that make us abler and our minds more powerful.
Through my successes and failures at work, life, and relationship, I’ve learnt to see my life as a natural expression of my choices and as the task at hand versus going through random happenings and not knowing what tomorrow can bring. I’ve learnt that a carefully nursed vision of my life and crafted path can take me where I want to go.
WE ALL have a vision of our life to be more effective, happy and own it.
When I became a mother, a new side of me formed. Vulnerability and sensitivity felt shocking at first. I know myself as a high achiever and very focused, but my new reality was more fluid and less predictable. This was heartbreaking. But I also realized that this makes me more agile. I now have a greater range of skills.
WE ALL have linear and non-linear ways to make a seamless living.
For my childbirth, I was envisioning and preparing myself for a home birth with my midwife and a tub. But my son was born at a hospital after three days of labor. This would have been a nightmare to imagine while I was pregnant. But after I spent two days at home with a very slow labor, it was evident that the hospital was my next step. In fact, I felt right about my decision. With lots of confidence, relief and one more day, my son came earthside. We were all healthy and happy.
WE ALL have the confidence to act when the time is right.
I’ve always felt like a hermit. No wonder, in my birth plan, I had no intention of doing it as a group of people. Rather, I needed to go into the forest and do it alone. It turned out that I truly enjoyed seven more people in my delivery room. And oh how I wished for more women from my community to help me raise my child.
WE ALL are a part of a local or global community where we can both give and receive support. Inspire and be inspired.
I do this work for:
Myself, my family, my mom
Because I’ve made these commitments, and I want to hold myself accountable for them. Doing that helps me fulfill my dharma and live my life righteously. In other words, I feel clear, in my place, and fulfilled.
I do this work for:
My son
I want him to know that everything in his life supports him and that he supports life on Earth.
My partner
We help each other move in the right direction spiritually, and my life is my spiritual evolution.
My mom
I want her to have a comfortable retirement and know she is supported.
For the wider community
I want people to be free from suffering and happy.
Fun Facts
Hardships are not Hardships
When I was growing up, USSR collapsed. And Kazakhstan, where I lived, became independent. With that, our whole infrastructure collapsed, and my family, like many other families in Karaganda, lived without gas, electricity, and hot water for a few winters. I used a candle to do my homework. And in 1-2 hours of electricity, they gave us, my whole family watched Brazilian soap operas. Jokes aside, women in my family still found ways to maintain life. There was still warm food, hot tea, pies, clean clothes, and laughter. And I never felt hardship. And this is my motherly inspiration, too.
My Hermit Thrives in Community
I am a hermit who loves big cities. And traveling. And the idea of small talk feels uncomfortable. But I always wholeheartedly engage in them and feel joyous afterward. So, no man is an island. And especially women. We thrive in communities.
Common Sense is Vedic
I love gardening. But I do it in a very amature way, and it’s not backed by science or books. I think common sense here works well. I see the same common sense in Ayurveda and Vedic Astrology. It’s available to all of us. All. The. Time.
OM
My first thought when I wake up is Om Namah Shivaya. It makes me very happy. It works! It works to learn to sustain focus on the Divine. I love it. It makes me very peaceful but also very alive.

“I met Darya 4 years ago, just after I gave birth to my first child. I was in a complicated mental state and our sessions brought me to light. Together we discovered my true inner self, true desires, values and goals. Darya’s magical guided meditations (she has the perfect voice for that) gave me lots of precious insights. With Darya I felt safe, inspired and supported, and it gave me forces to change my highly unsatisfactory professional path. Many thanks to my master for gentle, kind, spiritual and smart approach. Oum Shanti 🙌🏻❤️”

My Commitments
LOVE AND KINDNESS I know that when methods that come from logic and reason fail, wholesome solutions come from love. This is what I do when I fail to find a solution: I ask what love would do. Love always brings an unbound and harmless approach to any daunting task and helps reduce karmic load.
SERVICE This is my privilege and obligation to serve my community. My priority is to provide affordable support via my Newsletter and Instagram. While my highly-priced offerings help mothers worldwide to get clear about who they want to be, achieve their sustainable personal power and elevate their families and communities, inspire the right change, these allow me to provide free content.
ECO-LIVING I commit to reducing my footprint and helping my family to pursue the same. I live a minimalist life and strive to buy used things and repurpose what I already own. I love to invest in local businesses with whom I share values.
GROWING CONSCIOUSNESS My biggest ambition of this lifetime is to achieve liberation. I’ve been observing my consciousness grow and my son’s consciousness at play, this pure beauty and flow that has no boundaries and pain has been my biggest anchor and passion in life. I am in absolute awe to witness it.
GIVING BACK I donate to causes that feel meaningful to me. These support animal shelters in my native Karaganda, Kazakhstan, mothers and babies worldwide, local California farming, and educational causes in India.
SOCIAL JUSTICE I am committed to listening, learning, and taking action on social justice issues.
REST I believe as women, we have the most incredible capacity to rest deep, rejuvenate, create, and rest again, following our moon cycle wisely. This way can inform us about oppressive patriarchal work systems so that we can step back from them and inspire what’s right naturally for us and others.
FAIR/ETHICAL EARNING I am committed to making money and using a portion of it to support the issues that help build a wholesome world. A world where all people thrive and live to their highest potential and treated equally.
DAILY PRACTICE I commit to my daily practice through protecting my mind with Mantras so that it stays focused on my service, support my physical body through lifestyle so it stays healthy and strong to help me do my dharma. This practice allows me to be effective in my life, feeling joyous, focused, and supportive of my community.
RIGHTEOUS LIVING I’ve committed to find the best ways to express my righteous living, my dharmic way, so that my life is beneficial to me and others. I strive to minimize my karmas to be an effective human being.
LISTENING I’m committed to listening to constructive feedback that can improve my service. And I’m determined to listen to what is needed from me with what I can skillfully provide.
